Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “I had a wonderful stay at this hotel initially,  the property itself was great and I genuinely enjoyed my experience while I was there. Unfortunately, things completely changed after checkout when I was unexpectedly charged a smoking fee despite the fact that I do not smoke and never smoked let alone smoked in the room. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer service afterward. I called immediately and spoke with a receptionist who said the issue would be……

“We liked the property it’s in a great location and the staff helped us with most of our needs. A few parts of the property were not up to my expectations though. The hot tub wasn’t hot, in fact it was as cold as the pool, until the last day of our stay! The water in the room was also quite bipolar, going from burning hot to freezing without touching a thing! We also tried to dry a load of DAMP laundry and it came out wetter than when we put it in. We told the front desk and they gave us another……
